What are your standards of service?
Underwriting: Same day if complete file is received by noon, next day by noon if file is received before 5:30 P.M. PST.
Loan Docs: 24 hours or less
Funding: 24 hours or less
Appraisal reviews: Depending on the market area, we generally have field review appraisals completed within 72 hours of ordering.
